Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and support the overall financial health of the organization. This role is critical for maintaining cash flow and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management: Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular AR aging reports and provide insights to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
